Chronicle’s Fuel Fix Newsletter on July 26, 2023, their article
titled, “Gulf offshore wind lease sale set for August”? In the article, it speaks about the first
ever Gulf of Mexico offshore wind lease auction, and it is set for August 29,
2023. The lease areas include three locations
of the Gulf of Mexico: one off Lake Charles, Louisiana and two off the coast of
Galveston Island, Texas about 300,000 acres total is involved in the sale. If you would like to read more of The
