XOM has a commercial scale CCS project in operations and their expanding client base.

Happy Tuesday!

Did anyone happen to read MSN on January 27, 2026, they had an article from Oil Price US titled, “ExxonMobil doubles down on carbon capture and storage”?  In the article, it speaks on how ExxonMobil is investing more in carbon capture and storage (CCS) in their facility in the U.S. Gulf Coast region.  In 2025, ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions section started their commercial scale CCS project.   They started gathering carbon dioxide from a Louisiana company and will be collecting around 2 million metric tons from them, and now facility is in full swing they have signed up two more companies from Louisiana.  ExxonMobil sees their CCS facility will be able to help more companies in the area.  We wish them luck with their new venture.    If you would like to read more of the article from Oil Price US published on MSN, please click the link:   ExxonMobil doubles down on carbon capture and storage.
