Twelve natural gas pipeline projects should go online this year.

Happy Tuesday!  We hope you have been able to stay dry and warm today.

Did anyone happen to read the Oil & Gas Journal’s OGJ Daily Update Newsletter on January 12, 2026, they had an article titled, “Morningstar: Strong natural gas demand accelerates US pipeline construction”?  In the article, it speaks on how the natural gas industry has twelve pipelines which are either new build or upgrades to increase capacity, and they are expected to be online this year and the projects volume will be more than Canada uses on a typical day around 18 bcfd.   The pipelines will be good news to producers of natural gas due to several natural gas hubs have gone negative in recent times due to more natural gas to move than available pipelines.  We hope the pipelines complete on time and get American natural gas moving.  If you would like to read more of Oil and Gas Journal’s article, please click the link:   Morningstar: Strong natural gas demand accelerates US pipeline construction | Oil & Gas Journal.
