A major midstream company has expanded its NGL system in Texas!

Happy Thursday!

We hope you and your family had an enjoyable and fun holiday, and Santa brought you something you wanted, too!

Did anyone happen to read the Oil & Gas Journal’s Transportation Report Newsletter on December 25, 2024, their article titled, “ONEOK completes NGL fractionation, pipeline expansion projects in Texas”?  In the article, it speaks on ONEOK Inc.’s who has finished their MB-6, a fractionator in Mount Belvieu, Texas, as well as a full looping or a second parallel line of their West Texas NGL Pipeline system.   With MB-6 now operational it has increased their capabilities to separate another 125,000 barrels a day (b/d); they now will be separating over a 1 million b/d themselves.  Now their finished and improved West Texas NGL Pipeline, ONEOK will be able to now move 515,000 b/d.  They have pump stations in the works which are expected to be operational in 2025 and this will expand their capabilities another 225,000 b/d.  We wish them a speedy completion on their pump stations.  If you would like to read more of the Oil & Gas Journal’s article, please click the link:   ONEOK completes NGL fractionation, pipeline expansion projects in Texas | Oil & Gas Journal.
