UAE West-East Pipeline is halfway to the finish line.

Happy Thursday!  We hope you didn’t get too wet this morning from all the rain in Houston.  Let’s get started.

We like to keep up with the happenings in energy around the globe and this caught our eye with the cost of gas seemed like something you would want to hear.  Did anyone happen to read the gCaptain Daily Newsletter on May 21, 2026, they had reprinted an article from Reuters titled, “New UAE Pipeline Bypassing Hormuz Now 50% Complete, ADNOC CEO says”?  In the article, it updated us on an article which was in the news earlier in the month on a new West-East pipeline in the Middle East and its status.  A pipeline the United Arab Emirates (UAE) decided to design and build over ten years ago is halfway done according to its source the CEO of state oil giant ADNOC, Sultan Al Jaber.  The West-East pipeline is expected to be operational next year with them exporting through the Port of Fujairah.  It was noted in the article ADNOC’s assets have been targeted in the U.S.-Iran conflict and they are still gauging damage and timeline for repairs.  We will let you know, if we hear anything else interesting on this matter.  If you would like to read more of the article from gCaptain’s, please click the link:   New UAE Pipeline Bypassing Hormuz Now 50% Complete, ADNOC CEO Says.
