something which fit the bill.
Did anyone see Tank News
International’s Weekly Newsletter on Wednesday, April 15,
2026, they had an article titled, “Fluor awarded contract to engineer and
design the America first refining facility in Brownsville, Texas”? In the article, it speaks on how Fluor
announced they have been given the contract for front-end engineering and
design (FEED) for the America First Refining facility. The facility will
be producing cleaner low carbon fuels using shale derived oil. If we hear anything else interesting, we will
