Motiva is selling 25 terminals on the Gulf and Atlantic Coast to Global Partners.

Did anyone happen to read The Houston Chronicle’s Business Section on November 11, 2023, their article titled, “Motiva leans in on Port Arthur plant – Saudi Aramco unit agrees to see 25 other U.S. terminals to Massachusetts-based firm”?  The article was about Motiva Enterprises who is owned by Saudi Aramco has sold twenty-five of its terminals along the Gulf and Atlantic Coast to Global Partners for $305.8 million.  Motiva has announced it will be concentrating on its Port Arthur refinery and chemical plant complex.   If you would like to read more of The Houston Chronicle’s article, please click the link: Motiva to sell 25 terminals as it shifts focus to Port Arthur refinery(houstonchronicle.com)
